CMA Seminar on Restructuring the Corporation - A Practical Approach

CMA Sri Lanka conducted a seminar on the topic "Restructuring the Corporation - a practical approach" on Monday 21st April 2008 at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand Hotel.
The seminar was well attended by senior Managers of the private sector and covered a range of topics varying from Re-Structuring in Sri Lanka - Process & Experiences, How To Succeed In Re-Structuring A Business - Financial and Manufacturing Sector, Managing Re-Structuring - Lessons Learnt Plantations & Manufacturing and Re-Engineering for Growth Through Performance and Productivity.
