Seminar on "The Global Challenge to Accounting
& Auditing"
20-01-2004The Society was honoured by the visit of Prof. David Hunt, a member
of our Advisory Council. Professor Hunt delivered a lecture " The Challenge to
Accounting & Auditing" at a well attended seminar on 20th January 2004 at the
Crystal Room of Hotel, Taj Samudra. Prof. Hunt is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales. He is a member of Council for Nottingham, Lincoln &
Derby, past president of the Nottingham Society of Chartered Accountants, past president
Association of Accounting Technicians, visiting professor and external examiner in
accounting and finance at Nottingham business School and the UK representative on IFAC
(international Federation of Accountants).
